Huawei Ascend P1 LTE (4G) announced by Airtel, India's first phone to feature LTE

Airtel, the largest telecom operator in India has today announced Huawei Ascend P1 LTE. The phone is India's first phone to feature LTE (4G). Although LTE (4G) avialble only in two cities (Kolkata and Bengaluru) by Airtel in India, the company has it's own plans to spearhead the LTE technology.

When it comes to the phone, the Huawei Ascend P1 LTE (4G), as the name suggets is a LTE (4G) capable phone that offers faster downloads at a data transmission rate of up to 100 Mbit/s that far outperforms HSDPA.

The phone features 4.3" Super AMOLED Corning Gorilla Glass with support for qHD (960x540 pixels) High resolution displays detailed graphic which means even the small size texts are easy to read, Qualcomm Dual core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash captures 30 images per second to preserve every memorable moment.
