BLU unveils Vivo Air LTE (thinnest (5.1mm) and lightest (97g) 4G LTE device in the U.S) and Pure XL smartphones. BLU Products today announced the follow up to the popular ultra-thin Vivo Air Series. At just 5.1mm, including the camera, the Vivo Air LTE is the thinnest and lightest (97g) 4G LTE device to launch in America. Blu also launches Pure Xl smartphone at $349.

The BLU Vivo Air LTE has several improvements from the previous model, particularly the addition of 4G LTE powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, and an upgrade in memory to 2GB RAM, while maintaining the same $199 price point as the original Vivo Air.

Powered by a 64-Bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor that is designed to provide blazing fast 4G-LTE speeds, high performance, and battery efficiency, coupled with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with 306ppi, resulting in an extremely vivid and bright viewing experience. An 8 mega pixel Sony IMX219 main camera sensor plus 5 mega pixel front facing camera provide all the capture of memorable moments.

Inside its revolutionary thin design is a 2,050mAh battery to keep going an entire day without needing to charge. Super Low Power Mode allows the VIVO AIR LTE to stay powered on for hours or days on end with access to Voice Call, Contacts, SMS and Alarm. The Vivo Air LTE will be launching with Android Lollipop, but will be receiving Android Marshmallow over-the-air update in Q1 2016.

Pure XL
The Pure XL from Blu comes with a 6-inch qHD 2K resolution display and a fingerprint sensor on its rear. It also marks the debut of Mediatek's X10 Octa-Core chipset to the U.S. - the Pure XL's processor clocks in at 2GHz and it's buoyed by 3 GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The smartphone runs latest version of Android, 5.1 Lollipop and offers 3,500 mAh battery.

The Blue Pure XL sports a 24MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera. The Pure XL will support 4G/LTE networks, and it's also Dual SIM.
