Palm unveils credit card-sized companion phone with 3.3" HD display, Android 8.1 and Snapdragon 435. Palm isn't a replacement for your primary smartphone, it's a fully connected companion that is in-sync with your primary device (Android or iOS). Palm runs on Android OS with the full app ecosystem. Palm is about the size of a credit card, has 12MP rear-facing and 8MP front-facing cameras, IP68-rated water and dust resistance, and a 3.3" HD display.

Palm features a 3.3-inch screen with support for Full HD at 60 frames per second. Palm is water-resistant, about the size of a credit card (1.99 x 3.80 x 0.29 inches), and weighs about 2.5 ounces. Palm syncs with Android phones and iPhones with Verizon's new NumberShare technology, which designates your smartphone's mobile number as the "host" and shares your number with compatible devices.

Palm syncs with your Android or iOS device so you'll never miss a thing, even if your smartphone is at home. Most of your favorite apps are in sync so you'll have easy access to everything you need.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Mobile Platform, Palm runs Android 8.1 OS so you can run your favorite apps and features. It's equipped with 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 800mAh battery. It comes with Facial recognition support so you can quickly and securely unlock your Palm with your unique facial features.

Palm's connected features are enabled by the Snapdragon X9 LTE modem, which supports Category 7 downlink speeds of up to 300 Mbps and Category 13 uplink speeds of up to 150 Mbps. Additionally, it also supports advanced Wi-Fi with MU-MIMO.

The device has two cameras - a 12MP rear-facing camera and a 8MP front-facing camera. Because Palm is powered by the Snapdragon 435, it has an integrated Qualcomm Adreno 505 GPU, which is designed to process realistic scenes and subjects captured by the cameras at low power.

You can also customize the device notifications and controls with unique features like Life Mode, Quick Actions, Voice Assistant and Gesture Pad. Palm has a unique feature called Life Mode, which allows you to talk, text, and receive emails and notifications on your own terms. When the screen is off, the feature turns on Airplane Mode unless you're talking on the phone, streaming music, or using the GPS. When you wake the screen, Palm is connected again, and your notifications will come through. With voice assistance, quick actions, and gesture pad, Palm enables smarter, faster, and customized control of your apps and accessing their features.
